Returns Policy

For any reason, customers can return items purchased on maelstrom.it within 14 days of receiving the pieces.
maelstrom.it does not offer an exchange service; you can only return items and place a new order online.

The return request must be made via email and include:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Email

• Order Number

• Product to be returned

• Reason (optional)

If the request is approved, the customer will receive a return authorization email with instructions to follow.
If the request is denied, the customer is not authorized to return the goods. Returns made without authorization will not be accepted.

 

Conditions for Returns

• All products must be returned in the same condition they were originally sent, including tags, labels, belts, packaging, certificates of authenticity, and any free promotional items received.

• Damaged, stained, washed, or altered items will not be accepted. The goods can be tried on but not used outdoors.

• Products must meet our quality standards and be in perfect conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged during transport.

• Personalized items.

• Sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons if opened after delivery.

• Items purchased outside of maelstrom.it.

Return Packaging Requirements

To ensure proper protection during transport, items must be shipped in their original packaging. It is also recommended to use a secondary box or protective wrapping to further safeguard the items during transit.

Return Inspection and Refunds

Once the product arrives at the warehouse, it will be inspected:

• If defects are attributable to maelstrom.it, a full refund will be issued.

• If defects are attributable to the customer, the refund will be calculated based on the damage caused to the goods.

Shipping costs for non-compliant returns are the responsibility of the customer.

If the product meets the return criteria, the customer will receive a refund for the returned items within 14 days from the date the right of withdrawal was exercised. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

maelstrom.it reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned products are received.
